At the initial on site appointment we will establish the level of WHS compliance the business has achieved and if required, what needs to be done to achieve an acceptable level of due diligence to WHS legislative compliance.
There will be a discussion and check through policies, procedures and record keeping to ensure an efficient, working WHS Management System is in operation. In our experience, many business owners or managers have systems in place that are slightly out dated or not sufficiently updated. This may only require a re implementation of the existing system with modifications to comply with legal requirements.
This is followed by a site tour to identify any standout safety issues and hazards, and a plan to eliminate or manage the risk.
